Teksavvy is one of several companies that provide Internet access via a
government mandated wholesale agreement with Rogers and Bell. Acanac is
the other big one, but there are others. Both Teksavvy and Acanac can
provide both cable or DSL across the province.

EyeSurf is totally different, relying on it's own local telephone
infrastructure so is local only, but far more independent.
