Megawire* wireless might be an option.  We have a Megawire connection at 
work.  We are using DSL for our main data connection now, with the 
wireless connection reserved for VoIP.

I can't recommend it wholeheartedly. We were having throughput issues 
with 6 users.  Mind you, we were heavily using network resources at our 
sister office as well as trying to use the same connection for VoIP.

We also had some pretty major variations in our up/down speeds. I think 
there might have been a hardware issue here when we were having the 
worst time of it.

However, when it was working well it was quite fast, better than DSL in 
fact.

If you have a tower, you may be able to work out a deal with them to get 
your access for a reduced rate (or even free) in exchange for the use of 
your tower.
