There is software when you call Bell, London Hydro (and others I'm
sure), where they want you to say "Yes" or "No" instead of expending
the great effort required to press 1 or 2 (leading to one hilarious
example I saw online somewhere along the lines of: "You have selected
'yes'? If this is not correct, please say 'no'"). It is
speaker-independent, but very limited vocabulary.
