Just to add, I found an article on the Financial Post website.

Liberals slamming the CRTC decision and vowing to bring it before
parliament.

I found this interesting, however:

More than 220,000 Canadians have already signed the StopTheMeter online
petition <http://stopthemeter.ca/>, up from about 41,000  who had signed by
this time last week.

Wow, that's a lot of signatures.
