That looks like an excellent nominee, but they removed their donation
link!  If you can find it or get them to accept a donation (and you
write up a quick blurb) then this would be fine. 

If they don't want donations any more then would Tomato itself be a
candidate? They do have a donation link (http://www.polarcloud.com/tomato) .
