[kwlug-disc] Kitchener-Waterloo Debates and C-32 - Braid defends C-32 and digital locks

If this is correct is shows that you know more about the subject than 
Braid who was in the meetings
to defend RIM.  This would have been a good comeback for Braid when it 
came up at the debates.
