from somebody who may not be on this list. Would anybody be willing to
present some material on this?

I'd like to suggest bandwidth traffic control as a topic.
Do you have to manage your bandwidth?
Do you manage it yourself by throttling your downloads (manually), or
with
a daemon (automatically)? If the latter, what daemon?
