Thanks... I think that number is a little low, but that's probably
my fault for not properly defining my scope.  I'd like to see a number
for provincial money spent locally as well... but yes, that wasn't
part of the original question. :-)

Even so, I wonder why software costs are nearly double for 2010 and 2011.

I didn't know there was an election until I saw signs popping up beside
the road. :-)
