Do you trust him not to be gullible?
Leaving aside the fact that this is a very old chain email and that it has been documented, there are several indications that it was not legit:
Does not say How he got the info from Norton
It is urgent but does not have a date for the attack to start.
It asks to forward it.
There are no links to a reputable source to corroborate the information.
There are more, but those should be enough.
