[kwlug-disc] WebM and VP8 Free and Open multimedia on the web

I hope they act on their threats ASAP and do not leave the situation in
permanent FUD limbo.  It is better to get definitive court rulings than
languish in uncertainty. 

Besides, Google can afford the legal help.
