[kwlug-disc] KWLUG error and security issue

I went to the KWLUG to grab John's slides and I got this error

1. This is not a "user readable" error
2. This seems to give a lot of information about the internals of the website.

Is this a Drupal framework issue or each Drupal site should handle exceptions on their own?
