There is; it's how they power most of their line amps. It's also how your
satellite recevier powers the LNBF on the dish, and how my ATSC setup powers
the low-noise amp at the antenna. :-)
Being able to tap into their power system ... well that is another story.

Or at least have someone in the family or friend circles who can set it up.
I've been mostly lucky in that these setups have been largely set-and-forget,
short of hardware failure.
