The internet service itself has actually been okay for us -- when it works
and when they aren't hassling us in unhelpful ways. But when they
hassle us then we feel great pain, in part because their help channels
are so unhelpful.
I do not have first-hand experience of this, but my understanding is
that the people at work who ordered Rogers phone lines dropped them as
soon as the contract was over, and we switched back to Bell POTS
lines. So in that (now obsolete?) circumstance I guess people weren't
that happy either.
I have little experience with either TV or cellphone service from
Rogers. For all I know that situation might be puppies and rainbows.
