Been using them for many years without any issues.
The cost is low (at least for .com/.net/.org, haven't tried .ca).

Their control panel feels "busy", and they try to upsell/cross-sell via
email
newsletter. Just ignore those.

Don't get their hosting. It is no good.

Don't use them for DNS either.

If you use them just as a registrar, they are fine.

.com registrations, I use moniker.com
