OpenStreetMap was nominated for July 2007, so it is eligible to be
nominated again. If Stephen or somebody else is willing to do a small
writeup I can add it to the queue (or I can adopt the previous
nomination). 

Note that this nomination would be for OpenStreetMap, and not directly
for any of its work in Haiti (unless somebody finds a separate way to
donate to that).
