I listed some of that.

Number of actual trojans/worms written for Linux vs. Windows.
Number of actual trojans/worms written for Apache vs. IIS.
Number of botnets that are composed of Linux machines vs. Windows machines.

Amount of havoc caused for admins by above exploits.
