agreed. but to set the stage, i'm about to ask a number of basic
questions about samba and, at the moment, i have no windows systems at
hand, so i want to be able to do a bunch of tests using strictly linux
boxes. granted, it's a weird scenario, but i'm constrained by a lack
of windows.
