How much data is your web server serving? For mysql-driven sites it will not be that useful and ram can store a lot of cached templates, images and static files.

Looks like the new mandriva 2010 release is pushing ext4 as the 
filesystem.  My stuff's all on ext3.

Anyone have any thoughts on the speedup of going to ext4 on a 
webserver?  Is the speedup worth the effort, is it noticeable?
