Apache is adding a "Content-Encoding: gzip" header to the request.
Probably something that is being automagically done by the .gz in the
URL filename.

IE is ignoring the header, while Firefox is trying (and failing) to do
something clever about it.  And ultimately, the header is erroneous,
since the file is really just a simple html document that links to the
asterisk-1.4.21.1.tar.gz file.

I suggest you report this error to the webmaster.  The easiest work
around is probably to simply rename the html file
