I can say that I've been running on TekSavvy for the last 6 months without trouble. 200GB/mo for $30 plus $10 monthly fee for the dry-loop. My roommates who care about throughput for torrenting claim "throttling" on occasion, but I'm working on figuring out multilink PPP to solve that.
