That is really cool. Also announced today is Flite: 1.4

New in 1.4-release (Dec 2009)
    o clustergen voices (mlpg and mixed excitation)
    o three additional voices (ARCTIC, rms, slt and awb)
    o WinCE support (through cegcc/mingw32)
    o Windows (XP) support for Olympus (Spoken Dialog System)
