[kwlug-disc] New locations brainstorming

As a member of both groups (kwartzlab and kwlug) I'm not sure that there 
is even enough room at kwartzlab. At times even the Tuesday open night 
is crowded.  There is also a lack of chairs, for presentations.  I don't 
think it's a good fit.
